Can I change my membership billing date?

Monthly memberships:

Your monthly membership will be billed monthly, and you will receive your audiobook credit, on the same day of the month that you originally started the membership. For example, if you started your membership on May 3, you will be charged next on June 3, then July 3, etc.

If you would like to change the billing date, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account at libro.fm/user
  • Click the button to pause (up to 3 months) or cancel your monthly membership
  • On the date that you would like billing to occur, return to libro.fm/user and reactivate your membership. You will need to re-enter your payment details at this time as well.

Important note: Depending on the date the change is made, it may take one additional billing cycle before this change is reflected in your account.


Annual membership:

Your annual membership will be charged on the same date one year after you've originally signed up for this membership. For example, if you started your membership on May 3 2026, you will be charged next on May 3 2027, then May 3 2028, etc.

If you would like to change the billing date, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account at libro.fm/user
  • Click the button to cancel your annual membership
  • On the date that you would like billing to occur, return to libro.fm/user and reactivate your membership.

Please note: Annual memberships cannot be paused. You will need to cancel the membership in order to make any changes to the billing cycle.
