If you are a monthly member and your credit card details have changed, you will need to update your payment information to prevent interruption of your next membership payment cycle. Here are the steps to follow:
- Visit your account page on our website
- Under Membership Details, scroll to "Payment Method" and click "Edit Payment Info"
- Select "Choose another way to pay"
- Enter your updated credit card details
- Click the button to update your payment information
If you have outdated cards that are still stored for your account, please contact our support team or email hello@libro.fm and let us know the last 4 digits of the card you would like to have removed.
