I'm having trouble logging in to the website or app!

Problems logging in to the website:
If you're having trouble logging into the website, here are some troubleshooting steps to follow:

  • Make sure you are logging in with the email address associated with your Libro.fm account.
  • Manually enter your email and password, instead of using an auto-fill feature.

Problems logging in to our mobile apps:

If you're having trouble logging into the Android- or iOS-App, here are some troubleshooting steps to follow:

  • First, please make sure you are entering the email address that is associated with your Libro.fm account. 
    Mobile devices often try to fill in a username instead of your email address (or different email addresses associated with the device). Your username for Libro.fm is your email! 
  • Manually enter your email and password, instead of using an auto-fill feature.
